WHEREAS, during the budget approval process for fiscal year 2023, certain funding was reduced from the recommendation submitted; and,

WHEREAS, the Administration now recommends that a portion of that funding be restored for use of the various departments for continued salary and operating costs; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
