BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "AG" (Agricultural) and "RE" (Residential Estates) Districts, so that there will be transferred from District AG to District RE a tract of land legally described as follows:

Part of the South 25 acres of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the Northeast quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 48 North, Range 30 West, Jackson County, Missouri, being further described as follows: commencing at the southwest corner of the southwest quarter of said section 15; thence North 01 degrees 54 minutes 36 seconds East, along the West line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 722.84 feet to the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Southwest Quarter; thence South 87 degrees 50 minutes 11 seconds East, along the South line of the Northwest Quarter of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 30.00 feet to the to the East right of way line of Enochs Mills Road, said point also being the Point of Beginning of the tract of land to be herein described; thence North 01 degrees 54 minutes 36 seconds East, a distance of 779.18 feet to a point on the North line of the South 25 acres of the Northwest Quarter of said Southwest Quarter; thence South 87 degrees 50 minutes 11 seconds East, along said line, a distance of 703.14 feet; thence South 01 degrees 54 minutes 36 seconds West, a distance of 779...
