Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Drug Task Force has a need to replace outdated soft body armor; and,

WHEREAS, the recommended equipment will be purchased from an existing County term and supply vendor; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funds necessary for the purchase of this equipment in the proper spending account; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 2022 Anti-Crime Sales Tax Fund:
