Body
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works desires to use an existing County term and supply architectural services vendor to design and construct renovations to the 10th floor of the Downtown Courthouse necessary to make the Division 50 courtroom fully compliant with all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); and,

WHEREAS, design and construction of this project will be completed by July 1, 2022, to facilitate a planned courtroom relocation for a new judge needing an ADA accessible courtroom; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funds necessary for these services in the proper spending account; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 2022 County Improvement Fund:
