Body
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works desires to utilize an existing County term and supply architectural services contract to complete the remodeling of the new Jackson County Health Department building, including site investigation, program and space planning, furniture and furnishing inventory, design, construction and related permits, and project management and coordination; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the funds needed for these services in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2021 American Rescue Plan Fund be and hereby is made:
