Body
WHEREAS, required weekly testing of 349 unvaccinated County associates began the week of October 4, 2021, and for an estimated 315 associates of the 16th Circuit Court began on October 25, 2021; and,

WHEREAS, funds from this appropriation will provide for COVID-19 test kits and laboratory services to be utilized by the County through University Health/TMC, under its contract with Sinochips Diagnostics, at $50.00 per test for up to 664 County and 16th Circuit Court associates though the end of 2021; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the funds in the proper spending account; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
