WHEREAS, a transfer of funds within the 2021 General Fund is necessary to meet anticipated expenses for safety equipment and supplies essential to the safety of deputies within the Sheriff's Office; and,
WHEREAS, all purchases with the transferred funds will be made from existing County term and supply vendors; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
