Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 20384, dated March 9, 2020, the Legislature authorized the award of a contract to Data Cloud Solutions of Springfield, OH, for training, consulting services, and software maintenance on the Mobile Assessor software for use by the Assessment Department; and,
WHEREAS, the Assessment Department has a need for additional software licenses and laser measuring tools for use with the Mobile Assessor software above and beyond those provided for in the current contract, at an additional cost to the County in the amount of $63,979.00; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is now necessary to place funds in the appropriate spending account; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Amendment to the Software Maintenance Agreement with Data Cloud Solutions; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment, on the Software Maintenance Agreement and the Amendment thereto.
