WHEREAS, due to an adjustment in connection with the adoption of the County's 2021 budget, a transfer of funds within the 2021 General Fund is necessary to meet scheduled software maintenance costs for the Circuit Court; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
