Body
WHEREAS, after a prolonged hiatus due to the ongoing Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic, the Circuit Court has begun to summon jurors for trials; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer of funds within the 2021 General Fund is necessary to allow for adjusted protocols and procedures and the contracting for additional services essential to the health and safety of potential jurors, through social distancing; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
