WHEREAS, a transfer of funds within the 2021 General Fund is necessary to comply with the new chart of accounts issued by the Finance and Purchasing Department and to meet anticipated needs of the Department of Corrections necessary to maintain and repair the elevators in the Detention Center; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
