Body
WHEREAS, the Sheriff’s Office has a need for the creation of a full-time equipment operator position to perform vehicle maintenance and repair of Sheriff’s and Corrections Department vehicles; and,
WHEREAS, the position will be manned by a current Corrections associate who is transferring to Sheriff’s headquarters; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer of funds is needed to accomplish this arrangement; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2021 General Fund be and hereby is made:
