WHEREAS, a transfer and appropriation of funds are necessary in order for the County to be able to meet certain unbudgeted costs relating to membership in the Mid-America Regional Council for 2020; and;,
WHEREAS, the proposed 2021 County budget has been adjusted to cover all of these cost; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer and appropriation be and hereby are made:
