WHEREAS, an appropriation of funds is necessary in order for the Department of Corrections to be able to meet all financial obligations relating to medical care for inmates for the remainder of 2020; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
