Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "AG" (Agricultural) and "RE" (Residential Estates) Districts, so that there will be transferred from District AG to District RE a tract of land with a street address of 32700 E. Pink Hill Road, Jackson County, MO, legally described as follows:

A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter Section 14, Township 49, Range 30, in Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 14; thence along the south line of said Section 14, North 88 degrees, 38 minutes, 15 seconds West, 589.60 feet; thence departing said south lone of said Section 14, North 01 degrees, 39 minutes, 09 seconds East, 516.88 feet; thence South degrees, 38 minutes, 15 seconds East, 587.84 feet to a point of the East line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 14; thence along said East line, South 01 degrees, 27 minutes, 23 seconds West, 516.88 feet to the Point of Beginning.


Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Theresa Kramer (RZ-2020-593), requesting the amendment embodied in this Ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission voted 5 to 0 to recommend APPROVAL of this application after a public hearing on November 19, 2020, does hereby adopt this Ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertai...
