WHEREAS, a transfer of funds within the 2020 Assessment Fund is necessary in order for the Assessment Department to be able to meet all of its financial obligations for the remainder of 2020; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
