BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the absence of County Legislator Jalen Anderson from the Legislature’s meetings of October 5, 12, and 19, 2020, be and hereby is excused pursuant to article II, section 13.4 of the County Charter.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
