Body
WHEREAS, the Parks + Rec Department desires to repair the potholes within the parking area and sealcoat the entire lot at the Frank White, Jr., Softball Complex at Longview Lake; and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution 20084, dated February 11, 2019, the Legislature did authorize an Intergovernmental Agreement with City of Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation, whereunder the City agreed to share a portion of the repair costs; and,
WHEREAS, the City has now provided $25,000.00 for this purpose; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer and appropriation are necessary to place the City funds and other required funds in the appropriate spending account; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within and appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2020 Park Fund be and are hereby made:
