Body
WHEREAS, six divisions in Jackson County Circuit Court incurred damages due to recent flood events and require the replacement and/or repair of furniture; and,
WHEREAS, the County Administrator has requested standardization of any replacement furniture; and,
WHEREAS, the cost per division is fully set out in the document attached hereto as "Exhibit A"; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
