WHEREAS, the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation reimburses the County $400.00 per indigent cremation paid for by the County; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the reimbursed funds in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
