Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County COMBAT Commission has recommended that the Prosecuting Attorney be authorized to execute agreements with certain outside agencies engaged in anti-crime and anti-violent crime law enforcement, treatment, and/or prevention activities, requiring a local match to grant funds, for services provided from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020; and,

WHEREAS, proposals from the interested agencies were evaluated by outside reviewers who made funding recommendations to the COMBAT Commission; and,

WHEREAS, after review of the outside evaluators' recommendations, the COMBAT Commission has recommended that the Prosecuting Attorney be authorized to execute agreements with the following agencies engaged in anti-violent crime or anti-crime treatment and/or prevention activities, to provide local matches to various grants, in the respective amounts indicated:
