Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 20197, dated July 15, 2019, the Legislature did award a term and supply contract for the repurposing and sale of stadium seats for use by the Parks + Rec Department to Schneider Industries of St. Louis, MO, under the terms and conditions of Request of Qualifications No. 24-19; and,

WHEREAS, Schneider Industries has remitted to the County the sum of $152,082.00, representing the to-date proceeds of this sale; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is now necessary in order to place the Surplus Stadium Seat sale proceeds in the proper spending account, to be used for the Parks + Rec Department's playground accessibility project; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and is hereby made:
