Body
WHEREAS, pursuant to the County's leases at the Harry S. Truman Sports Complex, the County is required to contribute $3,500.000.00 annually toward sports complex operations and maintenance; and,
WHEREAS, this contribution obligation is reduced by the amount of the County's debt service payments on the County's Series 2002 bonds; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is required to properly balance these accounts; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2019 Convention/Sports Complex Fund be and hereby is made:
