Body
WHEREAS, Health Services has a need to cover the cost of boarding fees for three horses that were seized by the Sheriff's Office and animal control authorities on June 7, 2019, due to animal neglect; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover these boarding costs; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2019 Health Fund be and hereby is made:
