Body
WHEREAS, Health Services desires to purchase a vehicle from an existing term and supply vendor for use by the Health Services staff, to replace a vehicle totaled in an accident on June 4, 2019; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funds needed for this vehicle in the proper spending account; and,

WHEREAS, salary savings are available to be transferred for this purchase due to vacancies in the department throughout the year; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers be made within the 2019 Health Fund:
