Body
WHEREAS, the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court has requested a reallocation of budgeted funds to cover the purchase of personal computers and a system area network server; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer among the court's information technology accounts is needed to cover these purchases; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2019 General Fund be made and hereby is made:
