Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 20136, dated April 4, 2019, the Legislature did authorize the execution of a Program Agreement with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and the U.S. Department of Agriculture for participation by Health Services in a summer food service inspection program; and,
WHEREAS, Health Services has received reimbursement of costs for the inspections related to this program; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place these funds in the appropriate spending account to be used to reimburse the cost of supplies used in the program; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2019 Health Fund be and hereby is made:
