WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has experienced a budget shortfall in its account for overtime salaries within its Road and Bridge Maintenance Division; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover this cost; now therefore,


BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2019 Special Road & Bridge Fund be and hereby is made:
