WHEREAS, the Medical Examiner's Office has experienced budget shortfalls in its accounts for contractual services, laboratory supplies, and other operating supplies; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover these costs; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2019 Health Fund be and hereby is made:
