Body
WHEREAS, the Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force desires to purchase two GPS trackers and a pole camera; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place funds available in the Federal Forfeiture Fund in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2019 Federal Forfeiture Fund be and hereby is made:
