WHEREAS, the County has a received check in the amount of 483,188.46, representing payment of insurance proceeds to be used to fund repairs to and the restoration of the downtown Jackson County Courthouse and related costs, necessitated by recent water damage; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place these funds in the proper spending
account; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2019 General Fund be
