WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2019 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to provide for the reclassification of a full-time position assistant prosecutor attorney within the Prosecuting Attorney's Office to part-time, as recommended by the Prosecutor; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2019 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
