Body
WHEREAS, the County's associate group health insurer, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City has awarded the County a stipend in the amount of $60,000.00, to be used to fund an Associate Wellness Reimbursement Program; and,

WHEREAS, under this program, County associates will be entitled to the reimbursement of certain wellness-related expenses in an amount no to exceed $55.00 per person; and,

WHEREAS, this program will provide County associates assistance in the pursuit of wellness activities that meet their individual needs; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2019 General Fund be and hereby is made:
