Body

 WHEREAS, the Sheriff’s Office desires to purchase a pickup truck under an existing County term and supply contract to add to its fleet of vehicles; and,

 

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the funds needed for this purchase in the appropriate spending account; now therefore,

 

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2018 Federal Forfeiture Fund be and hereby is made:
