Body
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Family Court has experienced soft savings in its payroll expenses that resulted in from open positions; and,
WHEREAS, due to the required repairs and maintenance to the chiller at Family Court, it is requested that the funds represented by the soft savings be transferred to the buildings and improvements account; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2018 General Fund be made and hereby is made:
