WHEREAS, the County has traditionally contracted for the installation of Christmas lights at the Historic Truman Courthouse in conjunction with the Independence Square Christmas Lighting ceremony; and,
WHEREAS, Mark One Electric, an existing County term and supply vendor, is available to provide the required installation services; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to place the funds necessary to cover this installation in the proper spending account; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2018 General Fund be and hereby is made:
