WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has encountered budgetary shortfalls in various accounts that are needed to cover the costs of outside legal fees, educational benefits, and travel expenses; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the needed funding in the appropriate spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
