Body
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department anticipates a budget shortfall in its account for overtime salaries within its Road and Bridge Maintenance Division; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover these costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2018 Special Road and Bridge Fund be and hereby is made:
