WHEREAS, the County has received increased revenues under its contracts for medical examiner services with Cass, Platte and Clay Counties; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place these increased revenues in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby are made from the undesignated fund balance of the 2018 Health Fund:
