WHEREAS, per the agreement between the U.S. Marshalls Service and the Sheriff's Office, the U.S. Marshalls agreed to reimburse the Sheriff's Office for overtime and office supplies related to Operation Spring Cleaning; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the reimbursement funds in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the undesignated fund balance of the 2018 Special Road and Bridge Fund:
