Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Corrections has experienced a budget shortfall in its accounts for overtime salaries; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover these costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2018 General Fund, Health Fund, and Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
