Body
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office desires to purchase a vehicle from an existing term and supply vendor for use by the Drug Court Staff, to replace a vehicle damaged in a criminal incident; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funds needed for this vehicle in the proper spending account; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers be made within the 2018 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
