Body
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office has a need to cover projected associate insurance expenses; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funds needed for this expense in the proper spending accounts; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2018 General Fund and the 2018 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
