Body
WHEREAS, the Circuit Court requests that it be allowed to apply certain rebates it has received for certain technology upgrades, toward the cost of further upgrades; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the rebate funds needed for the additional upgrades in the proper spending account; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2018 General Fund be and hereby is made:
