WHEREAS, after a mid-year review, it has been determined that the Family Court has experienced a decrease in its electrical utility expenses due to mild weather; and,
WHEREAS, due to an increase in costs for outside attorney fees for termination of parental rights and conflict of interest cases, it is requested that the funds represented by the utility savings be transferred to the other professional services account; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2018 General Fund be made and hereby is made:
