BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "AG" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District AG to District RE, a tract of land located at 3104 S. Owens School Road., legally described as follows:

Description: Lot 1, Hyer's Hill a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri, and all that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 49, Range 30, in Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1; thence South 01 degrees, 07 minutes, 12 seconds East along the east line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, a distance of 170.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 01 degrees, 07 minutes, 12 seconds East along the east line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, a distance of 550.00 feet, thence North 01 degrees, 07 minutes, 12 seconds West, a distance of 55.46 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Hyer's Hill a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri; thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 33 seconds East along the South line of said Lot 1, a distance of 550.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
