Body
WHEREAS, the Missouri Department of Public Safety has awarded a grant in the amount of $125,925.90 to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for its Drug Abuse Response Team (DART) program; and,

WHEREAS, the grant is subject to a local match; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the grant and matching funds in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2018 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
