WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office has a need for additional funding for legal fees for outside legal counsel in ongoing contract negotiations with Local 42 and in the COMBAT Litigation; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to place the funds for these services in the proper spending account; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2018 General Fund be and hereby is made:
