WHEREAS, transfers within the 2018 General Fund and 2018 Assessment Fund are necessary to provide for the reclassification of a full-time Clerk position within the Collection Department to part-time status, as recommended by the Acting Director of Collection; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has also recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers within the 2018 General Fund and 2018 Assessment Fund, be and hereby are authorized:
