Body
WHEREAS, the Parks + Rec department has received a donation from Kyle's Gift, an organization founded to assist special needs communities by providing programs and opportunities; and,

WHEREAS, the donated funds will be used by the Special Populations Division to assist with athlete travel and tracking competition scores; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the donated funds in the appropriate spending accounts; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the undesignated fund balance of the 2018 Park Fund:
